The "blogs" contained below were taken from 106.9 KZY's website when Kory worked there as part of "The Morning Rush". The only reason they are staying on this website as is is because Chalupa is a HUGE part of Kory's life and these two blogs were what introduced people to Chalupa. If a section for Chalupa is created on Kory's page of Mix 105.1's website (which such a page has yet to appear as of July 11, 2009), the content will be featured here. Otherwise, this will turn into a "photo gallery" that will feature photos of Chalupa in all his mighty (and spoiled) glory!
7.30.08 -- A Day with my Angel
I can't pick up my new puppy Chalupa until tomorrow but I got to spend the day with him at the Alachua County Humane Society yesterday...he is a total lover! He wore me out though! I was with him for about 3 hours, after that I needed a nap.
I took some more pictures of him with my sidekick and they are below...I can't wait til tomorrow!!

7.25.08 -- Meet Chalupa
For the last few months I have been looking to adopt a dog. I'm new to town and a dog would force me to be more social and get out and walk and meet people! Of course on Wednesday's we have our friend Kirk in from out "pet" charity (pun intended) the Alachua County Humane Society. Well, I asked him to help me find the perfect dog...he came through BIG time!
Thursday the 31st I will be adopting a little cutie named Chalupa. I know what you're thinking...Chalupa!? Well, the answer is...No. I won't be changing his name. I think its funny...and fitting. I am so excited to have Chalupa around and he will no doubt be with me at the dog parks all around North Central Florida as I adjust to being a proud pet owner.
I will keep updating this blog with any happenings with my new family member...so keep checking back! WOOT!
